Very smart to focus on the area which is kind of ‘less developed land’ by international uxury travel comparing to other part of Europe. At Renshaw everyone sells Prague, Budapest or Dubrovnik, also river cruises so interest is definitely there.

I try to work with a DMC for the C&EE regions as I'm not too familiar with all of the countries in the region, the DMC's are a great source of information and a booking tool. Sometimes, if I book only hotels, then I will book through the GDS.
I think this region is a great place for people who already travel into Western Europe and looking for new adventures.
Trade shows bring business many benefits. You will have the opportunity to gather qualified leads by meeting the suppliers in person, they enable you to network with others in the industry, new source, new partners.
Another major benefit is being able to witness all the latest developments within the industry.

Interesting region. While we book Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro frequently, it has been a challenge until we have found a reliable DMC. Talling and Riga have been on our radaf for our Middle-Estern guests for a while and we would love to dicsver the special touches they offer! I also recall Hungarian Spas have been very fashionable and would love to see how this area has developed.
